Gift vouchers are a great way to celebrate anything: Birthdays, Fathers Day, Christmas, Mothers Day. They also make great staff incentives.
What sort of vouchers do we have?
We have gift vouchers for Fishing Charters. It is recommended that gift vouchers be purchased for a particular experience and duration. For example, One Adult for a 5 Hour Fishing Charter. Should the recipient wish to take a longer trip, they can pay the extra on the day. Vouchers can also be issued in any dollar denomination, if you prefer.
How long are vouchers valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 12 months. The recipient can book at their convenience or an advance booking can be made at the time of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable for the full or partial amount, however they can be transferred to other names.
How can you receive them?
Gift vouchers can be emailed or collected from our office near Geelong or at our boat in Queenscliff at no extra charge. Alternatively they can be posted via express post at a cost of $5.00. Please allow at least 3 days over the Christmas period to receive vouchers via post. Posted vouchers include voucher, flyer, and a local map . Envelopes are secretative and don’t include our business details ensuring your voucher is a suprise!
How do you pay?
Gift vouchers can be purchased three different ways:
1). Online via credit card
2). By telephone via cash, credit card, money order, cheque or direct deposit
3). At the boat in Queenscliff via cash or credit card.
Please make cheques payable to Kyena Charters Pty Ltd. Please contact us for our postal address and direct deposit account details. The name and phone number of the purchaser is required.
Should you wish the voucher to be more personal please supply the receiver’s name and reason for the voucher.
