Here are 3 easy steps to book your group fishing charter.
1. Book your trip early
To avoid disappointment and to get the date and time you need ring us and we will hold your booking. We need a name, phone number and credit card details.
2. Send all prospective participants a Fishing Invitation either by email or post
- Download an Invitation pdf or Microsoft Word document
- On your invitation include length, cost of trip, what to bring and directions, plus information about fishing licences
- Include an RSVP/close off date
- Ask them to send a deposit to your Bank Account
3. Make a Group List
- Download a Group List pdf or Microsoft Word document
- Use this to keep track of those coming including their mobile numbers, emails and deposits paid
- You may like to display it on your group notice board
- Use this list to re-confirm your trip one week out from your booking
- Bring the list with you when you come out on the boat
Don’t Forget
- Everyone needs a fishing licence, unless exempt
- We have a portable gas BBQ available for your use please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you, BYO Food
- Safety in paramount on the water, suggest your guests keep alcohol consumption to a can an hour
- Arrange transfers to and from boat well in advance, we can arrange a minibus at an extra cost for your group if you are staying local
- Call us the night before your trip after 5pm to re-confirm your trip.
